• Device & Technical Data: We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or personal tracking identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

Any data stored within the Application is strictly used to:

• Enable memory training exercises, recall challenges, and speed tests.
• Save your custom Anchor Lists and personalized Tags.
• Track your personal learning progress and statistics on your device.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any of your personal or application data to third parties. We do not use third-party tracking services or advertising networks.

4. Device Permissions

The Application may request access to certain standard device capabilities to enhance user experience:

• Vibration / Haptics: To provide tactile feedback during recall tests and quizzes.
• Local Storage: To save your training progress and custom lists directly on your device.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can clear your data at any time by resetting your progress in the Application settings or by uninstalling the Application.
